Meet The Team

Nadia Osborn grew up on a 400-acre farm in Ojai, California where her grandfather was a well-respected businessmen, entrepreneur and real estate investor with many rental properties and land holdings. From a young age, she became deeply interested in real estate.   

The bulk of her early professional career was spent in the hospitality industry as a Sales and Marketing Director. Nadia became a Regional Marketing Director at a large management company, where she traveled across the Western US providing strategic leadership and support to onsite sales teams at up to 20 golf courses, country clubs and high-end resorts.  

After spending more than a decade in the hospitality and golf industries, Nadia is thrilled to bring her sales and marketing expertise to her real-estate clients. Because of her unique background and skill set, she specializes in selling luxury homes located at golf courses, country clubs and/or in private-gated communities.

She currently lives in Solano County with her fiancé Lawrence and their daughter, Anais. Her hobbies include outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and golfing. In addition to her CA real estate license, she holds her BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and earned her MBA in Marketing from Cal Lutheran University.
